Estelle Estate

Estelle Estate is a villa in Al Khawaneej composed of travertine volumes that slide past one another beneath thin, deeply overhanging roof planes. Vertical timber screens filter the light across the façades, giving the rooms behind them privacy while keeping the house open to its garden.

At its centre, a double-height glazed hall looks out over reflecting pools and a landscaped forecourt. Inside, the living spaces are calm and generous: travertine walls, warm timber, and daylight drawn in through tall, screened windows.
